These terms apply to registration and use of the platform, paid duration packages for customers and paid Top-profile periods for decoy/detective profiles. Individual agreements take precedence. The specific service description, prices displayed during ordering, safety rules, privacy information and withdrawal notice also apply.
2. Adulthood, registration and account security
The platform is intended exclusively for adults. Users must keep information required for registration, ordering, payment and profile review accurate and current. A pseudonym is permitted where expressly provided by the platform. Login credentials must not be shared with third parties. Suspected or unauthorised account use must be reported to support without delay.
3. Platform service, free access and separate member services
treuetest-online.eu® provides registration, profile search, protected profile views, internal communication, account management functions and—where enabled—a topic-limited AI assistant. Customers may use free access and purchase a duration package for full profile and contact functions. Decoy/detective profiles may generally register free of charge and optionally purchase a time-limited Top highlight.
Additional AI functions such as Clarity Compass AI and Smart Match serve solely as supportive guidance or ranking aids. Clarity Compass assesses answers entered by the user for a situation-related recommendation. Smart Match prioritises approved profiles using explicitly selected criteria, public profile information and activity data such as the most recent login. Results are recommendations without a guarantee of suitability, availability, response or success; the user makes the final decision.
Fees or services of a decoy/detective for remote contact, meetings or other individual assignments are not included in the platform duration package unless expressly stated otherwise. Such individual arrangements are concluded directly between the participating members; the platform operator does not thereby become a party to the separate service. Statutory duties of the platform operator remain unaffected.
The obligation is to provide the platform functions described for the relevant service. No specific behaviour by a target person, availability of a particular member, course of events or result of a fidelity test is owed.
Profile review, moderation and reports
The “verified” label means an internal platform review under the plausibility, safety and quality criteria used at the time. It is not a government authorisation, official certification or guarantee of identity, qualification, availability or future conduct. Profile text, images and location data may be checked automatically and with AI support; flagged content may be held back, disabled or referred for manual review.
Illegal or rule-breaking content can be reported using the provided reporting functions. Where content or accounts are restricted, reasons will be provided where legally required and possible. Affected users may use the available appeal or contact options.
4. Electronic contract formation
The display of packages and Top-profile periods is initially an invitation to place an order. Before a binding order, the product/package, duration, total price, payment method and essential terms are shown in an order review. Input errors can be identified there and corrected by going back or changing the payment method. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay”, the user places a binding order. Acceptance takes place through the order confirmation displayed or sent electronically without delay, or through activation of the purchased service.
The contract may be concluded using the available German, English and Spanish versions. Order data is stored in the user account. The contractual terms available at the time of conclusion, including these Terms, can be saved or printed before the order is submitted. An electronic order confirmation contains the essential order data. No special codes of conduct have been contractually adopted by the operator unless expressly stated otherwise on the website.
Prices, payment methods and duration
The total price displayed immediately before ordering applies. Only payment methods actually enabled in the relevant checkout are available, for example credit card/Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or cash by mail. Activation takes place after confirmed receipt of payment or successful payment confirmation. Duration packages and Top-profile periods end automatically after the purchased period; there is no automatic paid renewal.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal where the statutory conditions are met. Details, deadlines, effects, the model withdrawal form and the electronic withdrawal function are available under Right of withdrawal / withdraw contract.
5. User obligations, prohibited use and content
The platform may only be used within the legally permissible framework. Prohibited activities include hacking, spyware, covert location tracking, password theft, identity misuse, threats, coercion, harassment, stalking, unlawful image/audio recordings, publication of intimate content, assignments involving minors, and other unlawful surveillance or deceptive measures. Mass advertising, spam and automated abuse of messaging functions are also prohibited.
Users may only upload or transmit content and personal data that they are legally entitled to use and that are necessary for the relevant purpose. The platform is not intended to systematically collect special categories of third-party personal data—particularly health data, political or religious beliefs, biometric data, or information about sex life or sexual orientation—or criminal-offence data. Such data may only be transmitted where there is a clear legal basis; when in doubt, they must be omitted.
User content and usage rights
Rights in users’ own text, photos and videos generally remain with the respective user. Where content is uploaded or released for display, the user grants the operator, for the duration of provision, a non-exclusive, geographically unrestricted right limited to the technical operation of the platform to store, technically reproduce, resize/convert and display that content to authorised users. Users warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions.
Direct contact and external communication services
Providing direct contact methods is voluntary. When telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram or other external services are used, users leave the platform’s protected messaging area. Subsequent processing by the external provider is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy information.
Suspension, termination and deletion
In cases of specific suspected misuse, serious rule violations, security risks or illegal content, the operator may temporarily hide content and proportionately restrict accounts or functions. The type, duration and scope depend on the seriousness and risk of the violation. Statutory duties to provide information, reasons and remedies remain unaffected.
Users may request deletion of their account using the provided function. Deleting an account before the end of a paid period does not by itself create an additional refund claim; statutory withdrawal, warranty, repayment and damages rights remain unaffected. Data subject to statutory retention duties or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained or anonymised to the required extent.
6. Availability and liability
The operator strives to provide the platform securely and reliably. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly due to maintenance, security measures, failures of hosting, internet, email, AI or payment services, or force majeure. Planned maintenance will, where possible, be carried out so as to minimise disruption.
The operator has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in other cases of mandatory statutory liability. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Trademarks, changes and consumer rights
treuetest-online.eu® is a protected trademark. Trademarks, logos, layouts and other protected content may not be used beyond statutory limitations without the required permission. Changes to these Terms apply to future contracts from the stated new version date. Existing contracts will not be unilaterally changed retroactively to the user’s detriment unless there is a legal basis or valid agreement.
Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. Jurisdiction is determined by statutory rules. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the statutory rules apply in its place; the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore no longer linked.
