Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. For service contracts, the period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded. Sending your clear withdrawal declaration in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal
If a withdrawal is effective, received performance must generally be returned within 14 days at the latest. Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original payment unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you expressly requested that a paid service begin before the withdrawal period ends, statutory compensation may be due for services performed up to withdrawal. If the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may expire early under the statutory conditions.
